As per the 2013 Annual report (page 6 in the Directors statement), ASX generally allows 6 months to identify and announce intention to acquire project whereby the company does not hold any current project.
The Mmamantswe Coal Project transaction was finalised on the 12th July 2013. This 6 month generalisation would bring us up to this current week in January to have had some sort of indication as to progress.
What are everyone's thoughts as to the above and potential risk of suspension should a project not be announced shortly?
