The chart you posted does not look like a break out ...more likely small constant decreases with low volume sideways movement ...will need significant volume for this pattern to be broken...maybe include some overlays and s1 s2 or r1 r2 with some RSI and a pivot....just saying ...your chart looks ambiguous. ..
