Thanks a lot for the info @Goneflying, much appreciated, and good to hear you feel positive about the company. It's the sort of thing that gets lost looking at the accounts and reports which is all I can do from Sydney! I think if workers generally think the company is fair then the projects are more likely to be successful and with less work out there, there's no room for project stuff ups that might give NRW a bad name.
As for Samsung, let's never speak their name again!! A few of us here have vowed not to buy their applicances for life!
