I WAS going to check out in person whether UOS's major projects were finished when I visited KL in 6 weeks, but I don't think that will be necessary...
Holders of UOS got a change of address in the mail today, basically saying that from 22nd May their new address is Tower 1, Avenue 3, THE HORIZON, BANGSAR SOUTH. etc..
This almost certainly means that the Horizon project, which was due for completion this quarter, is complete. GREAT NEWS!
Horizon @ Bangsar (UOS 100%) - A$122m pre-sold but not yet billed. (At that time, 62% sold). Due for completion May.
So I am even more confident that the these pre-sold but unbooked sales will be paid for this half.
So, I am expecting revenue of AT LEAST $150m to be brought to account in this half.
NPAT...? Always hard to tell. But $A$30+ is a reasonable expectation, based on previous revenue/NPAT results.
and this from a company with a mcap of $132m!
