The numbers are back up to where they were some weeks ago, so it's not looking so bad now (almost back to the highs shown at the start of the chart). There was likely an explanation for the fall, like 2 weeks of holiday in a big market.
I'm still waiting for it to show an uptrend, but it'll take a while to have enough data. It's particularly important when FY17 was in fact ~8% worse than FY16 in terms of jobs posted.
Was the total jobs number for FY18 posted in any presentations? I have 2.6m for FY16 and 2.4m for FY17.
In my eyes, Escrow is an old business (I remember the name from many years ago, when I was acquiring websites, but have never used it), yet it still doesn't make decent money, so I'm not betting on it to make the company rich any time soon, so I'll believe it when I see it.
That means I'm expecting the main freelancing business to remain the main breadwinner, so that's why I'm hoping to see growth in that division.
