The only people CNQ need to attract or get the attention of at the moment are financiers/ tungsten industry users /strategic key stakeholders like Mitsubishi and Mota-Engil. These are the key players that will be provided with all the detailed financial info from which they can make an informed decision on whether to invest/ provide the necessary funding/ enter into an off take agreement. Once they can demonstrate their ability to fund their plans and get their house in order, the rest will follow IMO.
