    This stock has traded under $0.80 in the last seven days. Why?

    It has projected EPS of $0.095. We'll know for sure in a month or so.

    It has valuable projects coming on line and being expanded.

    It is rated a strong buy.

    Why are the sellers lined up but no buyers?

    I want to buy in, but how much lower can the SP go? Especially with their buyback program running.
