Hi TH,
The fact that RCF looks like taking all of the equity is a positive and probably will limit the negative impact of the equity portion of funding on the market. Looking at the numbers I expect they need $100m to develop keysbrook. Debt finance is $75m so that leaves $25m for equity. Hopefully it is provided to the company at a minimum of 2.5 cents which would mean another 1B share to RCF. I am feeling more optimistic about MZI than I have been for some time.
