TH, i am not great on means of financing but to my knowledge there are ways of obtaining finance with out diluting company.

anyone know much about promisary notes, not sure i have even spelt that right but can these be issued to an investor and shares are issued at a disclosed date in the future for an agreed price???

this to me would be a far better way to provide equity funding in MZI for the time being, less dilution and any issuing of shares in the future would be issued when MZI producing and more than likely at a far high price than current SP?
