Agree totally Pokerface everybody has an opinion on what"s not in the Annual report and doesn't look at whats in the report,also confusing the Research refund with trade and other receivables, I'm certain the research refund isn't in the annual report as the claim couldn't have been made prior to 30.06.2013, these figures can not be misleading as their produced to the board and audited,they'll have to answer to more than shareholders (including ECE) with huge consequences if incorrect.
