    Have to assume that the first part of the DBP loan for the Pagbilao Power Plant has been drawn down, given the undertaking by directors at the AGM to inform shareholders if this hasn't happened by mid December 2015.

    Also expecting an announcement shortly on Sengkang financing, which was expected to be in place by the end of December 2015. This is on the basis of the directors commitment at the AGM to keep shareholders informed.
