Project Funding Imminent?

I was wondering about the change in Chairman and read through Brett Clark's rather impressive credentials.

Not only has he worked for some of the world's majors, but he has experience in "bond raising, debt restructuring, equity, and mezzanine financing in the US and Asian capital markets." I believe therein lies the reason, firstly for his appointment to the board and then his elevation to the Chair and it suggests that AEV is about to seek funding for the Expansion and Upgrade of the Baobab Project. Which I think is positive.
