Things aren't the same as 6-10 years ago. It's a very different consolidated land holding, a very different management team and the gold price is significantly higher too.

Over the last 1-2 years once the plan was laid out, they have been ticking things off and here we are.

I'd hate to see what the equity component of the project financing would do to us long-termers if the share price isn't multiples of where it is today by that time.
