Because I have rarely seen a consol that works unless the company is solid and has something to offer.
88e have nothing at the moment.
After a consol , you will see the price steadily fall unless something good comes from left field.
Consolidations do not work for companies like 88e who have pathetic management and no real assets to speak of. Just lots of pie in the sky promises that never eventuate.
