It’s a sort of “auction” which they’re trying to get the shares on offer at 0.002. So the highest bidder has a better chance to get those shares at 0.002.
Now to the “game” part, it’s played by both the sellers and buyers, using high frequency transaction programs, which within milli seconds of opening bid high and snatch those shares, OR the actual shares put up for sale are removed within milli seconds of the market opening, resulting in higher opening price.
