For bulk Carriers needed for the Iron trade, ports will have to have at least 17 metres of water, preferable 20 metres plus to cope with ships to China. Doula has 8.5 metres of water. That gives a ship fully loaded of about 25,000 tonnes DWT. Not good enough.
