With all due respect I have and do run a complex small business so know exactly the sort of obstacles and issues that one might come across. However, unlike THR I am not required to report back to shareholders, many who have put their hard-earned cash into a company based on announcements with many promises. So the fact that they are a small company, strapped for resources, or just over-awed by the whole occassion is not what investors want to really hear.

John Young may be first-class in your view but from what I have seen so far from THR has not impressed me at all. Now whether that is the fault of John Young or not, I don't really care. From my side of the fence all I have seen so far is what looks like alot of inexperience and if they don't put it all together the opportunity can easily be lost. There have been far to many blunders thus far but of course there is still a resource so they still have the opportunity to redeem themselves, at which time I will gladly reconsider re-investing.

Anyone who is smug with THR management performance thus far is only kidding themselves in my humble honest opinion.
