Well if that is true why have there been written statements from LBT to expect sales by the end of 2017 and then oops early 2018. Are you suggesting that they know so little about their target market that they are unaware that labs will not be allowed to purchase until July at the earliest. That would be an extreme over sight on their behalf and misleading to the share holders and the market. But then nothing would surprise me anymore with this company.
