ECT have submitted Evidence in Answer. JOTT have up to three months to submit Evidence in Reply. Then there will be a hearing. JOTT seem to be asserting that there is a lack of inventive step. It will be interesting to watch the outcome. Maybe Tincom will step up once this gets sorted? Or maybe, as others believe, they aren't worried?
I think there might be a good time to buy in the next few months but in the short term sub 2c seems more "imminent" than anything.
