A bit of recognition for CETO:

Parsons Brinckerhoff Studies Award - 'Project of the Year 2007'

    Renewable Energy Holdings plc
    ('REH' or 'the Company')

Renewable Energy Holdings plc (AIM: REH), the investor and operator of proven
and innovative renewable energy technologies, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded 'Project of the Year 2007' at the fifth annual Parsons Brinckerhoff Studies Awards, held in London on 28 April. The award was for REH's innovative wave power technology, CETO.

Named after the Greek ocean goddess, the CETO technology distinguishes itself
from other wave energy devices by resting out of sight on the ocean floor. An
array of submerged buoys is tethered to seabed pump units. The buoys move in
harmony with the motion of the passing waves, driving the pumps which in turn
pressurises seawater and delivers it ashore via a pipeline. The high-pressure
seawater can be used to supply a reverse osmosis desalination plant, replacing
greenhouse gas emitting pumps usually required for such plants, and can also be
used to drive hydro turbines, generating zero-emission electricity.

Parsons Brinckerhoff is an independent consultancy firm, specialising in the
global power industry. For over a century Parsons Brinckerhoff has earned a
distinguished reputation for its technical expertise in transportation, energy,
power, community development, resources, water and the environment. The Awards are aimed at the promotion of excellence and an opportunity to thank their
clients for giving Parsons Brinckerhoff the opportunity to work on projects that
make far reaching differences to societies all over the world.

Commenting on the award, Mike Proffitt, Chief Executive of REH, said:

'We are honoured to have been awarded Project of the Year by Parsons
Brinckerhoff, which is a further endorsement of the CETO technology. Parsons
Brinckerhoff produced an independent technical analysis on CETO at the end of
2006 and since that time we have made good progress on the development of the
    technology.

'A full scale trial of CETO III will begin in the next few months and we are on
track to complete the development programme by 2009, which will be followed by
the commercial roll-out with our partners EDF EN in the Northern hemisphere and
Carnegie Corporation in the Southern hemisphere
