refer my post above. Bit early to talk about dilution. Whatever the cost it gets divided between Ansteel and GBG OR Karrara gets its own loan which is also implied. remember GBG has $30+ million in the bank once the $30 million payment comes through which they can use for this if needed.
The big question is how much is this modification going to cost?
Anyone know much about this type of work with a guesstimate?
