Need a dose of reality folk. CVN is not in a position to go it alone with Buffalo, never mind the risk. It has not got the skills, the experience or the capital to do so. And please don’t tell me it can hire, contract and borrow these, to do so is just way too risky, with too many learning curves to master simultaneously.
The whole industry works predominantly on JVs, and for very good reason. CVN must find a compatible, capable partner and reduce it’s holding to something more prudent probably in the vicinity of 50%. Don’t be too greedy or you”ll loose everything.
