Can anyone enlighten us as to the significance of FMR's dual role as an investor in HRZ and as a toll mining business?
Seems to me that FMR's shareholding is a strong positive and that using their toll mining processing will arguably strengthen FMR's progress to extracting and processing as per the binding agreements, all of which are slated to happen in 2024.
Obviously both GSR and HRZ BOD's have under-performed and milked performance right etc. However, as noted on HC, they will be closely scrutinized re their commitment to, and realization of, these Legally Binding Agreements.
These are early days since the merger, so unless they screw-up, I am simply relying upon announcements being forthcoming. And my gut tells me that these Directors will act appropriately, starting with something in the next few days or weeks as highlighted by Lowkey re Boorara.
