This was one stand-out announcement in the course of matters back in 2015 that suggests to me that there is always the possibility that HRZ could take a similar path. And yes Mark Zeptner played a key role. With or without him the BOD must not drop the ball. However Orbit's suggestion is worthy of interest in my view.
