Yes it would be good if a couple stepped down on their own accord otherwise it would take the major holders to vote against. If these holders were to make their dissatisfaction known to the Board it might happen otherwise it would come down to the vote.
A refresh of the Board along with projects generating funds will move the share price. Achieving both outcomes will be more beneficial to the company and its shareholders.
