TESS-GRID aims to output its electricity to the grid at times of peak grid load to maximise arbitrage.

At 40% efficiency the heat from TESS-GRID will equate to 60% i.e. 1.5 times the electricity generated.
Thats a lot of turbine exhaust heat and said industry will need to have the capacity to absorb that heat (use it immediately or store it). I would think that 1414Degrees is the best company to manage the storage of the exhaust heat (e.g. in the ground) to be sold when the "industry" wants it.

To make use of the 14D heat the farms and industry must locate near the facility (30km north of Port Augusta). Greenhouses need water but currently the only source is the pipeline that runs from Port Augusta to Olympic Dam; i.e. the "Smartfarms, protected cropping greenhouses" will need to pay for trucked water until they can negotiate access to the piped water (source = Murray River which is in decline). Either way it will add to the cost of running a farm there. [compare this with Sundrop Farms which located itself near the sea so that it could use excess solar heat to desalinate seawater for watering its tomato crop].

Aurora may have been better located elsewhere.
