This is what comes with AGS giving all their Manageemnt rights away in the initial J/V agreement,as has been posted about.

Every decision going to a vote is decided by voting rights of

Q/H 75%

AGS 25%

Unfortunately unless AGS can get a Court to rule in their favour re the return of the entire asset then its going to be very difficult going forward for the J/V Partner to be kept in check imo

The 25% atm probably equates to 10-20% judging by the ethics of the J/V Partner's track record.In my opinion only.

I suppose its, atm, be thankful for small mercies.!
