If anyone has worked in project management or been part of any projects of material size and delivery. You would know that rarely and mean rarely does everything run like clockwork and exactly to plan.
Project managers and consultants have to put 10-20% fat around cost and delivery dates.
Now imagine delivering in another country.
To me AVZ aren't actually doing to bad considering.
