Canada are 14 hours behind us, for Toronto, so if they release at midnight that would be 2pm our time.
Not sure how it will work with announcements though since I would imagine they would give notice to AGH first so that they can issue an announcement beforehand.
Anything is possible, though - they have to make announcements in a reasonable amount of time usually!
