Hi,
I have enquired with Bod and have been assured that all of Bod's announcements are checked for accuracy, as one would expect.
So does the answer lie in it being Althea's UK subsidiary, ALTHEA MMJ UK LTD, supplying Project Twenty21, not Althea Australia? I would have thought that Althea would still have to treat UK sales as their own, for announcement purposes, considering they are a wholly-owned subsidiary.
No mention of them in the AGM speech by Josh:
Here's the original announcement from 25 June 2019 - if it was significant enough to announce then, if Althea MMJ UK Ltd has not 'taken over' the supply, I would have thought an annoucement would be required (my highlights):
