* The parties have signed a Heads of Agreement and will finalise a formal contract incorporating more detailed terms and conditions by early February 2005.
As far as I'm aware, this hasn't happened.
* Subject to weather, the Company anticipates commissioning of the sign around the end of February
2005. (NB Weather was fantastic on Friday and no installation occurred. Weather looking crap for most of the week. Webcams clearly show less than 50% of panels installed and they started installing these 3 weeks ago.
