As you are aware, negotiations of this multi-party nature are usually quite protracted and because of PFC operating an open data room,plus the probable,many,possibilities that are being explored,I would be very surprised if "news" is forthcoming soon!.
But as sure as day follows night,all will be revealed, eventually..
