This interview proves management is always bullsht!ing. MIO IRR is 13%, that is before the inflation and interest rate increase. the discount rate now will need to be 10% at least if not 12%. MIO IRR now would be less than the discount rate that means negative NPV. Their MD is still saying we are in better position than Hawsons. What a load of rubbish!
