Do I believe this project can work, Yes. Do I think it would cost $20 mil to put out a set of realistic numbers, No.
These guys are having a holiday. At your expense.
It actually is not a complicated project, bit of government consultation with pipe lines and port but really won't be using dangerous chemicals at the Broken Hill end. Tick and Flick.
Water may be the only real unknown but the fact they are drilling for water now should be known soon.
