This funding issue can be manage and surely already being look at by the management. This is what risk management is all about.
Most importantly, get out the feasibility studies to confirm its strong viability. This is the key to unlock values.
The funding can be a combination of the following options - sell out Mt Remarkable or/and fluorite resource, JV with Strategic Investor, Offtake Agreements, Strategic Capital Raising, Debt raising etc. KRC management will need to consider the optimum mix. I don't discount that TB is already talking to some strategic investors.
As I have written before, I don't rule out a hostile takeover either. All sort of exciting options for TB and the bottom line is to maximise shareholder value. TB and team will be very busy for the next few weeks and working out for the interest of long term holders.
