AGO could potentially be running at a loss with IO at $150/MT.
It all depends how much they spend on the expansion plans.
However at the end of the day, the idea of expansion is to
be able to make more money.
Nobody knows how much they are going to spend on infrastructure until we get some sort of rail deal in place so I don't where these guys get their $76m/qtr figure from.
Also we don't know what the admin. cost are going to be.
I think the $7/t admin figure is nonsense.
In fact all these figures that have been spat out are relative.
Remember we are supposed to be producing 2.2MT this quarter.
I suspect riversheep and ftnfam are being a little bit overly conservative on their figures. It's fair enough though after last years debacle.
I think paulago points, illustrates what nonsense these figures are.
One thing we all agree on, if the price of IO goes up we make more money!
