I've held a few shares in CNM for over a year now, as the price falls one begins to wonder more about "why"?

Question to those here who clearly are knowledgeable in many matters CETO...

Are there any projects on what price range (per kilowatt or megawatt/h)Carnegie may be looking at selling electricity - I think I recall this issue has come up in the past?
