No idea, but it cuts down on available cash for distribution nonetheless. I would think it is kind of included because it raises EPS but the 20-50% is a big swing so either way they can just decide what they want to pay us depending on how much cash they would like to keep on hand for a variety of reasons, regardless if buyback is included or not.
