Whole EU is panicking and restarting coal fired plants and looking for shiploads I understand Columbia ............
Chinese summer temps seem to be out of control with near panic increases in mining capacity ........ low quality high pollution suddenly accepted.
Over next few years New Castle coal will remain between 350 to 450 in my VERY HUMBLE OPINION
