If it was my call managing WHC in this frankly crazy situation I would conserve cash paid out and put in action open ended flexible buyback as long as it makes sense, as big as it makes sense. In case world markets are crashed by US financial oligarchies or EU war developments it would be good position to be able to buyback at depressed crazy cheap prices.
