If they maintain a similar level of profitability into the next and future years both the EPS and the expected dividend oer share will increase given that profit with be assessed against the decreased number of shares on issue. EPS increases, dividend cents per share increases and in a perfect world, both result in a share price increase. If only the market operated in a perfect world......
