Yankuang put in a crap lowball offer at time (suspect they were playing for cinda shares more than for glencores) and glencore ignored it and sold in a block sale to a bunch of instos, barrenjoey was only one i remember. Cinda ignored it and sold a bunch on market. 2 years ago the retail ownership was about 10%, add glencores 6% and Cinda's 3% (my guesstimate) you get close to the 20% mentioned.
