Only one 4.96% holder - Shandong, the other is just a duplicated line. Shandong has been a holder for years, it looks like they've sold down 10% of their shares as well.
Below is the 2019 annual statement.
Since then:
Yankuang - has not increased a single share.... zilch. but don't let that stop the conspiracy theories.
Cinda - Sold off 28.3M shares, 2.15% (bit less than I thought, fairly sure all sold on market in Aus and HK, was tracked in past chats in HC)
Glencore - Sold all 85M share, 6.4% through BarrenJoey and Aitken Mount to Institutional investors, rejecting Yankuang's bid.
Shandong - Sold 6M shares ~ 0.45%. No idea where, didn't even know they had sold some.
So, total major shareholders gone from 90% share ownership to 81% ownership.
Retail and minority shareholders have doubled.
Only one 4.96% holder - Shandong, the other is just a duplicated...
