I think the helping Glencore out part might be true to some extent, so was Shandong Lucion. Can they find buyers by themselves? Yeah, I don't think that is a major issue either. The div policy is in the constitution, any one with a pencil can calculate the potential payout.
My take on YKE wanting to go as cheap as possible, unlikely, they know it's subject to FIRB approval etc, YKE wouldn't want to make itself look like a fool for sure.
Coal price is not giving me good sleeps these days tbh, I will pay close attention to the cash balance on the Q1 report.
