I did factor in the Gold production. OZL report C1 cash costs after the Gold credits. I have used usd 75c / lb C1 cash costs plus uds 25c / lb for admin and overheads.

At a 10 year mine life, the NPV model I have, which includes cash plus TOE at a discounted cash rate of 9.88% gives a NPV share value of $1.14. If you assume the mine has a life longer than 10 years, the terminal value after 10 years gives a sp of $1.75
