Some other things to take into consideration:
LAMP is unlikely to operate at 100% capacity - it would be more reasonable to allow for some down time to allow for maintenance, repairs, operational adjustment, etc.
Share dilution - LYC may have to issue more shares for funding. If the SP goes above $1.25, Mt Kellett CB will be converted sooner or later.
But the biggest risk is the REE prices. Prices peaked in 2011 and have been falling for over a year now. If they go back to 2009 or even 2010 levels LYC is in serious trouble.
