Its a good illustrative read of how content deals are ever changing and that the studios hold alot of power in the negotiation process and its reveals how studios try to force operator to commit to old content in the catalogue mix that may or may not be desirable to operators or their audiences.

Smaller operators like TV2U have far less bargaining power in that world IMO.
