Tom isn't an expert on the OTT market. Tom is the top dog of GAL which is the parent company of Tv2u. Have you seen divan's website lately, it looks up to par/better than foxtel imo. There is lots of reason why things get delayed. Just like Tara getting delayed as china being china, swept the rug under them when they were close to getting into the Chinese market. I am unsure about the hype of K2u in Thailand but there was a bit of hype for the app itself before everyone just lefted.

Like I said before, they need to stay afloat and make new deals and complete old ones.
