    No we have 178,119,581 shares on issue. Mgt not likely to do much with these shares atm. I'm not sure if the release from escrow has any other meaning except mgt can now sell shares if they want(though very unlikely to do so in current position). Might be some other capital mgt issues I am not aware of?
