It would be nice in theory but as I have pointed out before if there is a hint of a CR in the air then it doesn't matter what they announce with whoever the sp will never get to 30 cents. We will never know for sure but could be the root of all the sp problems as we had the big announcement re telefonica but no good. Could b a perfectexample of what I'm talking about. All IMO though.
